ICA tutorials

The following tutorials introduce to various components of Service-Oriented Mapping. The main aim of the ICA tutorials are to introduce to the paradigm of service-oriented mapping, which bases on decentralized components (data and services), standardized interfaces and spatial data infrastructures. Therefore existing tutorials and descriptions of these components were used and important passages selected.
